How do we commemorate five years of existence and make the feeling last? Do something BIG!

Reeinvent was founded in May of 2018, and conveniently our annual conferences are usually set to take place around that time.

So for our first solo conference in Berlin, we decided to do just that. Something big, but not just to celebrate this milestone, but also to reflect on all of the things that happened along the way and find a way forward together.

Andreas Rohl has participated in several of group conferences before, but this is what he had to say about the first independent Reeinvent conference.

"I felt this conference was much more personal and intimate than before because it was only us and also how the presentation was set up (less formal and presenting right next to the crowd).  I also like the mix of planned social activities, work-related stuff, and free time."

In the last five years, we have grown and strengthened our organization, we have partnered up with new clients and supported new groups and organizations where we do business. It hasn’t been without hiccups and hurdles, but when the vision is clear and we stay true to our values by constantly reflecting along the way, you can only be proud to have been a part of the journey.

But it can’t end there. What do we do next?

In deciding on what we should speak about and who we should invite to do it, we came to the realization that we are only as strong as the teams we have created within Reeinvent. So it made perfect sense to focus on that by showcasing what we do, how we do it, what we can improve, and how we can use that to ensure we are relevant in the future.

We talked about proactivity, product mindset, and AI and how being smart about all of these things can impact us positively in our daily work.

It is safe to say that this conference was a total success (team’s words, not mine!), and left us feeling empowered to take on new challenges and set us up for future success.
