Ena Preljević has replaced Henrik Sällman at the position of CEO for Bosnia and Herzegovina, while Henrik remains in the company as Co Founder and Group CEO.

Ena joined Reeinvent in April 2021 as Culture and Communication Officer, and became a part of our Leadership team, responsible for marketing and human resources.

She has since taken on the role of Site Lead for Sarajevo, as well the global Culture & Communication role.

“Our strategy was always to have a local CEO to represent our company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have been very satisfied with the contributions Ena has made towards the success of our office in Bosnia. This strategic decision further enables our Group CEO Henrik Sällman to focus on our expansion in Europe,” says Founder and Chairman of the Board, Hamdija Jusufagić.

Prior to joining Reeinvent, Ena has accumulated more than 10 years of experience working in international organizations in industries such as aviation, FMCG and insurance, performing local and regional roles.

With this appointment, Ena will drive our efforts in Sarajevo to continue delivering high quality software solutions and in increasing our delivery from Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Therefore, we are pleased to announce that this opportunity was created and that effective January 1, 2024, Ena is representing Reeinvent in Bosnia and Herzegovina as CEO.
