For Veidec AB, a Malmö-based SME, Reeinvent initiated a project to develop an AI-driven solution that optimizes product offerings and improves the service experience through dynamic, data-backed decisions.

 

 

So, What does Veidec system do?

By analyzing historical buying patterns, the Veidec system identifies products that may complement the clients’ current needs, proactively suggesting items that could benefit them alongside their regular purchases. This personalized approach not only improves client satisfaction but also adapts the delivery of products and services based on customer preferences—whether in-person or remote—saving time, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact.

With the initial concept in mind, we worked closely with Veidec to refine and tailor requirements. Through a collaborative approach, we developed a solution that analyzes data, pinpoints customer needs and identifies complementary products, transforming Veidec’s sales interactions into more targeted, meaningful engagements. This client-centric strategy allows Veidec to anticipate client needs, creating a smooth experience and strengthening customer relationships.

Business Challenges
